Hello my friends! Welcome to Season 1 of The Art of Following Your Heart Podcast: Confessions of A Stay At Home Mom. My name is Nadjah and I am both excited and scared to start this new adventure, thank you for joining me and being a part of it!
I am not a professional podcaster, I am just a stay at home mom who followed her heart to become an artist. I paint large colorful and modern flowers and found success by following my heart and my intuition.

Once again I find myself wanting to follow a calling and that calling is starting this podcast. I started it without having a clue of what I am doing but I will learn as I go along. I want to show you that it is possible for you too as a SAHM to follow your biggest dreams and that you are not alone.
This show is about how stay at home moms can pursue your dreams, overcome your fears and when you are a stay at home mom without sacrificing being home with your kids. It is about how to overcome your fears. It is about learning how to get in touch with your intuition and how to follow it so it can help you navigate your new path. It is about embracing who we really are, following our heart and pursuing our biggest dreams so we can blossom.
