Welcome to #100DaysOfYesExperiment!

I thought of calling it a "challenge" but it felt like a word with much resistance so I went with "Experiment" since it is inspired by Michael Singer's book "The Surrender Experiment".

What?

This experiment is based on the book "The Surrender Experiment" by Michael Singer and in it he tells us his experience of deciding to say "Yes" to everything the Universe would throw at him. This experiment is similar to his experiment but we will also focus on allowing ourselves to listen to our intuition and do what feels good to us in every moment.  Little by little we will notice that we are being guided to do things in a certain order that allows for the Universe to do its magic and bring about synchronicities and events that would had not happened if we had not followed its prompts by doing what feels good to us moment by moment.

Why?

This experiment is to learn to live beyond the mind.  In other words: to stop listening to our mind which does everything out of fear, and start listening to our own intuition, which does everything out of love and trust.

Who?

If you are ready to live your life with ease and flow, if you want to experience a life of magic and synchronicities, if you want to take the power from the mind and give it to that wiser and bigger part of yourself, this experiment is for you!

How?

For the next 100 days you will commit to doing 2 things:

1) Ask yourself in every moment: "What would I love to do right now?" and do it.  It doesn't matter how trivial it may seem, do it.  The things that bring you joy are actually the breadcrumbs that your Inner Being or intuition is giving you to guide you through life.

I know, you will say: "But I have responsibilities! I can't just drop everything and do what I would like to do in every moment!"  But you would be wrong.  What I am talking about is doing what you would love to do right now with what you have.  Let's say you are at work and you have a deadline.  From the list of things that you have to do for that assignment, ask yourself: "What would I like to do first?" and do it.  If you are at home with a long list of chores to take care of, ask yourself the same question and do it.

In time, you will notice that you will end up doing things faster, more efficiently and in a more satisfying and fun way.  Do this as much as possible.  There may be things that you absolutely have to do that you don't feel like doing, in those cases find a "fun way' to do them.  Play music, make it a game, etc.  Give it a fun twist.  The idea is to raise your vibration and feel good.

2) Say YES to what the Universe sends your way.  Surrender to it.  If your mind fights it, then trick it by finding a good reason for it.  For example: You wanted to go to the beach but at the last minute something happens and you cannot go.  Start looking for a good reason why it was better that you didn't go, a reason that you absolutely believe.  Go with the mantra: "Everything happens for a reason." and find it. This will bring you much relief.

The purpose of this experiment is to learn to go with the flow and allow all the good things the Universe has in store for you but you cannot receive because of all the resistance your mind has about anything it cannot control

After a while, you will begin to notice synchronicities and opportunities showing up in your life.  Life will become "magical".  But for it to happen you will have to commit to doing this for at least 100 days.

When?

The beauty of this experiment is that each person can start when they are ready.  No need to keep up with anybody or compare your notes with other participants. When you post below, just let us know what day you are on.

Wanna play?!

This is a FREE experiment.  All you have to do is commit to it and start when you are ready then come in here as often as you like and write in the comments what day # you are on and any experiences you want to share that have happened to you while on this fun experiment.

Ready?! Let's go!
